About the project
Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage S/4HANA transformation programs, including S/4HANA greenfield implementations and run services.
- Oversee projects and services end‑to‑end: from initiation to closure, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary client contact, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring clear, effective communication.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting with full financial accountability.
- Monitor and optimize service KPIs, ensuring ongoing operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional, multinational, and distributed teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards while acting as a trusted advisor for clients.
Our requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience in SAP environments, including S/4HANA transformation and greenfield implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology; certification preferred.
- Proven ability to manage executive‑level stakeholders as well as delivery teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client and team management.
- Experience with agile delivery methods and agile‑at‑scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
- Demonstrated financial accountability, including budget management and forecasting.
- Innovation‑driven mindset with the ability to navigate complex, fast‑changing environments and deliver results under strict timelines.
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in German is considered a strong asset.
