About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Kick-start projects effectively: Define scope, build and maintain schedules, timelines, and calendars to keep everything on track.
  • Coordinate across teams: Identify key stakeholders, ensure collaboration, and align everyone toward customer-focused goals.
  • Champion communication: Provide regular updates, clarify expectations, and resolve any confusion to keep projects moving forward.
  • Manage documentation: Organize, update, and store project-related paperwork for easy access.
  • Monitor progress: Track project status, identify risks early, and work with the team to resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborate and support: Work closely with team members, share ideas, and contribute to delivering the best outcomes for our customers.

Our requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in project coordination, preferably managing multiple projects in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in fast-changing environments.

Optional

  • Familiarity with design, UX/UI principles.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in technical or cybersecurity environments.
