Your daily challenges will include:, Setting up and optimizing high-performing SEM campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, Conducting audits and implementing technical SEO fixes to ensure top-tier site performance, Craft SEO-rich text with a high level of verbal aesthetics, Designing and executing link-building strategies, Analyze competitors, find content gaps, and identify high-value B2B keywords. Proven track record in managing complex SEO/SEM projects (B2B/IT industry experience is a plus), Proficiency in at least one major SEO tool; SemRush, Ahrefs, or Senuto, Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized. You take ownership, ask the right questions, and have a sharp eye for aesthetics, Fluent English is a must. German or other language is a huge plus, Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot and an understanding of the IT outsourcing market
