Senior Workplace & M365 Engineer

Currently, we are looking for a hands-on Senior Modern Workplace & M365 Engineer to design, implement, and support modern workplace infrastructure in a global enterprise environment. The role focuses on managing Intune/Azure AD–based devices, delivering advanced Level 3 support, and supporting Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions across 1,200+ meeting rooms worldwide.Project information:Location: RemoteType of employment: B2B contractRemuneration: 150 - 170 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2BProject languages: EnglishYour tasks:Design and implement modern workplace infrastructure solutions.Provide advanced 3rd-line support (troubleshooting, incident and change management).Perform system maintenance, OS updates, security patching, and tooling upgrades.Automate and industrialize operational processes.Manage and maintain device configurations using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.Administer and support Windows 10/11 endpoints.Support the setup, deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of Microsoft Teams Rooms globally.Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to offshore Level 1/2 support teams.Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements.Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and endpoint management.Strong scripting skills (PowerShell) and an automation-first mindset.Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and security principles.Experience with enterprise hardware vendors such as Dell Technologies, Lenovo, HP Inc., Logitech, and Poly.Strong technical documentation and communication skills.Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Rooms (preferred).Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.ITIL and Agile/Scrum experience are considered a plus.Fluent English.We offer:Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs).
