Senior UX Designer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior UX Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a multinational corporation specializing in security products, primarily including entrance control and secure storage. Occasional business trips to Italy or Sweden are required (covered by the customer). Requirements:5+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a breadth of UX projects across multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop, etc.).Expertise in user-centred and accessibility-focused design principles.Knowledge of a range of user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability tests, contextual enquiry, focus groups, A/B testing, analytics review, etc) and the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.Solid understanding of designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and iconography.Expertise in interpreting data, identifying patterns, and driving data-informed design decisions.Familiarity with front-end technologies.Effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced environments.Innovative thinker with a track record of tackling complex design challenges.Meticulous in design execution and documentation.Proven track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.Experience working in multicultural teams and designing global solutions, taking into consideration local tastes and cultural differences.Responsibilities:Define and design User Experience across digital platforms and products, serving as the advocate for end-users and responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital products.Research, design, prototype, and collaborate to deliver solutions that not only meet business objectives but also delight users.Plan, conduct, and analyse qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.Develop detailed user personas and journey maps to articulate users' goals, behaviors, and emotions throughout their interactions with digital products.Structure and organise content and workflows within products to ensure intuitive navigation, findability, and overall usability.Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.Design aesthetically pleasing and consistent interfaces, following brand guidelines and accessibility standards.Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to align user needs with business goals and technical constraints.We offerUS and EU projects based on advanced technologies.Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.Regular performance appraisals to support your growth.Flexibility in workspace, either remote or our welcoming office.Bonuses for article writing, public talks, and other activities.Generous time off, including vacation, national holidays, sick leaves, and family days.Personalized learning programs tailored to your interests and skill development.Free tech webinars and meetups organized by Svitla.Regular corporate online activities.Awesome team and a friendly, supportive community!
