Senior TIBCO EBX Developer (MDM) Remote | Poland | Long-term B2B

We are seeking a Senior TIBCO EBX Developer to play a key role in designing and evolving enterprise-quality Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The TIBCO EBX consultant is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise MDM solutions using TIBCO EBX.This role combines hands-on development with data modeling, workflow configuration, integrations, and governance support. The developer works closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects, and integration teams to ensure high quality, consistent, and reliable master data.This is a long-term, remote collaboration for those comfortable managing end-to-end solutions and who enjoy working at the intersection of data, architecture, and governance.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement MDM and reference data solutions in TIBCO EBX, including data models, hierarchies, workflows, and user interface configurations.Build and maintain integrations between EBX and enterprise systems (ESB, API, ETL, ERP, CRM, analytics platforms).Define and implement data quality rules, validation logics, access rights, and security models.Customize and extend EBX workflows (BPM) to support governance, stewardship, and approval processes.Implement import/export mechanisms, batch processing, and synchronization pipelines.Collaborate with data architects and solution architects on standards, best practices, and target MDM architecture.Translate business and governance requirements into practical and scalable EBX implementations.Support production environments: troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance optimization.Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.Contribute to data migration initiatives (mapping, cleansing, transformation, loading).Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to realistic estimates and delivery planning.Key RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with TIBCO EBX (formerly Orchestra Networks), including:Data modelingUser interface configurationWorkflows and BPMAccess rights and permissionsData quality and validation rules.Solid understanding of MDM concepts: governance, master records, stewardship, matching/merging, hierarchies.Experience integrating EBX with enterprise applications via:REST/SOAP APIsETL toolsMessage brokers/ESB platformsJDBC, files, or batch integrations.Skills in Java, JavaScript, or Groovy (as used for extensions in EBX).Good understanding of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).Experience working in complex enterprise environments with structured change management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into data models and workflows.Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).Nice to Have100% remote work (based in Poland).Long-term collaboration on stable enterprise-wide initiatives.B2B contract (220–230 PLN/hour + VAT), depending on experience.High level of autonomy and genuine influence on MDM architecture and governance.If you are a senior EBX professional who enjoys building robust and well-governed data solutions, and are looking for a long-term remote setup with competitive rates, this role deserves closer examination.
