The ideal candidate should have solid Java programming skills, as our internal automation framework is built in Java, and will be responsible for expanding and maintaining automated test coverage. The role requires a disciplined tester who can design, document, and execute test cases across component, system, and integration testing, while also contributing to manual testing where required. The candidate should be structured, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining high-quality test documentation. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the role involves working closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
