We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for our Go-To-Market (GTM) sales organization in our Central Region (DACH). This is a Munich, Germany

Supporting high-impact hiring for quota-carrying sales and sales leadership positions, focusing on attracting experienced talent who excel in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders in the Centra Region—driving talent strategies, advising on market dynamics, and ensuring efficient and scalable hiring processes that support revenue goals
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruiting for GTM sales roles including Account Executives, Strategic Account Managers, Enterprise Sales, and Sales Leadership.
Build pipelines of high-performing, quota-exceeding sales professionals through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and passive outreach.
Assess candidate experience in complex sales cycles, deal size, quota attainment, territory management, and industry verticals.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal profiles, compensation expectations, and success metrics.
Strategic Sales Partnership - Act as an advisor to Sales leaders to align hiring plans with revenue objectives.
Provide guidance on sales market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights.
Collaborate on workforce planning and headcount forecasting for new markets and expansion regions.
Influence hiring decisions with data, talent insights, and structured evaluation methodologies.
Candidate Experience - Deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure timely, transparent communication with candidates and promote a compelling employer value proposition aligned to sales culture and growth trajectory.
Optimize interview processes to improve speed, consistency, and quality of hire.
Leverage ATS tools (e.g., Smart Recruiters, Workday, Beamery or similar systems) for pipeline management and reporting.
Market Intelligence & Analytics - Provide data-driven insights on talent availability, competitive activity, and regional hiring trends.
Track and report KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, diversity metrics, and source-of-hire. Use metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years supporting GTM sales or revenue-generating roles.
Proven success hiring sales talent in high-growth, competitive markets.
Strong ability to evaluate sales competencies such as quota attainment, pipeline generation, and territory management. Experience supporting multi-region or global sales teams.
