Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Repayment UX Engineering)

The Repayments Nexus is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the tools and systems to allow our customers to repay their loans in the most convenient way possible. The Repayments Nexus is a group entirely based in Europe, owning the end-to-end repayments consumer experience, from the “Manage” tab in our Affirm mobile app to Collections and Recoveries.
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to build the solutions that will allow us to efficiently grow the Repayments area internationally. You will partner closely with our Product and Analytics teams to design robust repayments and collections which will enable us to keep our loans portfolio healthy and help our customers pay on time and recover from any delays.

Base Pay Grade - N

Equity Grade - Poland 4

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. 

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).

POL base pay range per year: 301,000 zł - 401,000 zł
