I am Karolina Pawlowska and I am growing our recruitment team at emagine.We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter who wants to work in an environment focused on quality, results, and continuous improvement.Recruitment here is not back-office. It’s about partnering with Account Managers and clients, participating in business meetings, and having a real impact on project delivery timelines.We have clearly defined work standards, track effectiveness, and continuously improve them. Our services are delivered to clients all over Europe, giving our teams exposure to diverse markets and international projects.About the teamYou will work in a mature, senior recruitment team, currently led by two Team Leaders and experienced IT recruiters. Together, we focus on process consistency, high-quality work, and efficiency – enabling us to respond quickly to client needs and continuously develop our capabilities.Your responsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of IT recruitment processes, from market analysis and sourcing to candidate onboarding.Close collaboration with Account Managers and participation in client business meetings.Independent management of recruitment projects, including gathering and clarifying requirements.Coordination of multiple stakeholders: Account Manager, Team Leader, other teams, clients, and suppliers.Building positive relationships with candidates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.Managing several recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.Your profileMinimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (experience in consulting/outsourcing is a plus).Comfortable working in a process-driven environment that supports achieving better results.Able to advise clients and act as a strategic recruitment partner.Thrives in a dynamic, project-oriented environment.Strong knowledge of the IT market and proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.What we offerMature, senior team (2 Team Leaders + experienced IT recruiters).Clearly defined processes and transparent ways of working.Environment focused on development, measurable results, and continuous improvement.Hybrid work model – 2 days in the Warsaw office.Stable support of an international organization.Interested?We conduct ongoing interviews, so please send your CV and application as soon as possible.
