5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with solid exposure to staff augmentation, IT consulting, or project-based hiring., Proven track record in recruiting IT specialists for client-facing projects and fast-paced delivery environments., Strong sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and advanced direct search techniques for niche technical roles., Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools., Ability to work independently, demonstrating seniority in stakeholder management, setting hiring priorities, and driving recruitment outcomes., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders., Strong organizational and time management skills, comfortable managing multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously., Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals., Very good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written.
