🟣About Project:We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a dynamic, product-driven team working with complex software and embedded systems. This role combines test automation, CI/CD infrastructure, and hands-on collaboration with a small but critical hardware lab environment. This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building scalable automation solutions while working close to real devices, firmware, and system-level testing.🟣You will be:designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites for backend, embedded, and/or UI components,developing and enhancing test frameworks, tools, and automation infrastructure,integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and improving overall test flow efficiency,working with hardware test setups, including device connections, firmware flashing, and lab equipment configuration,diagnosing, reproducing, and debugging issues discovered through automated and lab-based testing,collaborating closely with software developers, QA, and cross-functional engineering teams,contributing to improved test coverage, reliability, and turnaround times,creating and maintaining clear technical documentation for test environments, setups, and workflows,performing manual edge-case testing where automation is not yet applicable.🟣 Your profile:strong programming skills in at least one language commonly used in test automation (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or similar),proven experience creating or maintaining automated test suites,hands-on experience working with CI/CD pipelines,solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices,comfort working with hardware-based test environments,experience with version control systems (e.g., Git),familiarity with issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA),strong communication skills and a structured, pragmatic approach to problem solving,ability to work effectively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities,minimum B2 level English proficiency.🟣 Nice to have:experience with containerization or virtualization technologies,background in reliability engineering, validation engineering, or systems engineering,experience working with embedded systems or firmware testing,exposure to test infrastructure design or automation strategy.Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.Candidates must have an active VAT status in the EU VIES registry: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation\_customs/vies/🟣 Recruitment Process:CV review – HR Call – Interview I – Interview II – Decision🎁 Benefits 🎁✍ Development:development budgets of up to 1,500 EUR,we fund certifications e.g.: AWS, Azure,access to Udemy, O'Reilly (formerly Safari Books Online) and more,events and technology conferences,technology Guilds,internal training,Xebia Upskill.
