What you will do

• managing timelines, budget and deliverables, ensuring clear communication between business, technology, and vendor teams
• coordinating and supporting the development of applications / services that adapt to changing business needs
• supporting backlog management and ensuring that tasks and priorities are clearly defined for the development team
• facilitating regular communication with stakeholders about project progress, identified risks, and upcoming milestones
• maintaining project documentation, reports, and presentations
• assisting in release planning and ensuring all project requirements (including security, compliance, and performance) are met
• tracking project KPIs and reporting on status and outcomes to management
• working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, SharePoint and similar

Requirements

• fluency in English
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project coordination role, ideally within a technology, banking or insurance environment
• basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and an interest in applying AI solutions to business challenges
• proactive mindset and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate with various stakeholders
• experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• general IT knowledge, supported by relevant education or self-study
• experience in end-to-end project delivery in a technology setting
