Senior Project Manager

What you bring to the team, • Project management experience in SSC sector, minimum 6 years, • Expertise in Project Management methodology (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent), • English at C1 level, • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM certificates or equivalent is an advantage, , How your colleagues would describe you, • Ability to lead and influence without formal authority in a complex, matrix environment, • A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability, • Proven ability to navigate and manage diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership, • Excellent communication skills – able to tailor messages to different audiences and drive alignment, • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to deliver clear, structured, and impactful presentations, • Confidence in presenting to senior and cross-functional stakeholders, • Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty, with the ability to bring clarity where needed, • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, • Ability to create structure and governance where it’s missing, while remaining flexible and pragmatic
