Senior Project Manager

Lead the deployment of the digital trading platform in the US, including a payment solution for retailer trade incentives
Manage end-to-end project governance: planning, steering, monitoring, and reporting
Coordinate communication across multiple global teams and ensure a consistent project cadence (meetings, follow-ups, progress tracking)
Manage remote delivery with stakeholders operating mainly in the US/BA time zones
Identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Collaborate closely with Commercial and IT teams across markets

6+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering digital/IT initiatives
Strong business-oriented project management experience
Experience delivering projects in FMCG or retail environments (ideally experience with trade incentives, payments, e-ordering, or retailer engagement platforms)
Strong stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills
Experience working in global, remote, distributed environments
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in US/BA time zones
Fluent English (spoken and written) - at least C1
