Senior Program Manager

proven experience leading large-scale IT or software programs (multi-year, multi-million EUR budgets) with full budget and delivery accountability,, experience managing distributed, multinational teams and collaborating with external vendors or partners,, strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, particularly in complex stakeholder environments,, high level of ownership and decisiveness, with the ability to operate independently and make informed trade-off decisions,, pragmatic, problem-solving mindset with a focus on outcomes rather than process for its own sake,, practical knowledge of program and delivery frameworks (e.g. PMP, SAFe – certifications are a plus, not a requirement),, solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC) and modern software engineering practices,, fluency in spoken and written English.
