Your responsibilities

• Design and execute a company-wide test strategy.
• Drive adoption of test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Browserstack) across teams.
• Optimize test environments, tooling, and data management.
• Ensure a seamless developer experience with robust QA support.
• Collaborate with the QA Practice Lead to define and shape the organization’s QA strategy.
• Own test data and environment strategy across finance, sales, and other domains.
• Manage dependencies and complexity in a multi-system landscape.
• Align with stakeholders to balance technical realities with strategic outcomes.
• Define and communicate QA platform vision aligned with technology strategy.
• Prioritize and maintain product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Create clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, platform teams, QA architects, and business stakeholders.
• Represent QA and testing needs in ERP governance and planning.
• Track KPIs related to quality, stability, cost, and developer satisfaction.
• Identify risks and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Our requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• 3+ years of experience as a Test Engineer/Test Lead.
• Proven track record managing test strategies, test data, or environments at scale.
• Strong ability to align with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
• Passion for driving change and inspiring teams around new directions and innovations.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
