Senior Pega Developer

Build robust solutions - manage code quality / flexibility to ensure maintainability and changeability of systems
Technical guidance - support development teams with architectural decisions and best practice implementation
Deliver according to quality, standards and timeliness to successfully fulfil business requirements
Process optimization – Improve Agile ceremonies, streamline release cycles and establish governance standards
End-to-end release management for PEGA UI - Plan, coordinate and execute releases, manage dependencies
Stakeholder coordination - Serve as primary liaison between DevOps team and our business partners

Pega platform experience or willingness to develop expertise in Pega ecosystem (System Architect certification)
7+ years experience in technical roles with exposure to enterprise application development and system integration
Strong technical skills with at least 5 years of experience in programming within Pega (i.e. Development Studio)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex technical environments
Hands-on Pega configuration and DevOps experience i.e. testing automation and release orchestration

Experience setting up Development Studio, Application Studio and Blueprint in Pega
Experience managing Pega platform (maintenance, administration, optimization, security)
Financial services background with understanding of master data and credit risk management
BizDevOps experience with understanding of how business, development, and operations teams collaborate
Proven stakeholder management experience working across multiple teams in complex organizational structures
