Your responsibilities

You work in an exciting and international environment in our Global Training team within Customer Service and personally contribute to the company's success. You can expect challenging tasks and projects, such as

• Partner with global stakeholders to strengthen performance and enable business success through effective and future-oriented learning concepts
• Drive impactful learning initiatives: identify needs, shape solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of learning strategies and approaches
• Design behavior-driven learning objectives and propose suitable formats (or alternative interventions) based on effectiveness and feasibility
• Take ownership of training-related projects and processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities, quality standards, and strategic goals
• Shape the internal development and enablement by bringing in up-to-date didactic perspectives and fostering professional excellence within the team

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in learning needs analysis, performance consulting, or Instructional Design. Preferably in global teams
• Strong didactic background, experience with learning needs analysis, learning management systems, e-learning tools
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, analytical thinking, and facilitation skills
• Fluent in English and advanced German skills
