Experience within the banking sector and familiarity with various data tools is advantageous.Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior IT Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of the DATA Platform. Engaging with various stakeholders and enhancing data-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include:Bridging business needs and technical teams to facilitate high-quality IT solutions.Assisting in the construction and refinement of the DATA Platform.Collaborating on data product development.Designing advanced data and analytics solutions.Eliciting business features through stakeholder collaboration.Managing delivery dependencies among teams and organizational units.Participating in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional delivery team.Quickly understanding new technologies and asking the right questions.Communicating effectively with business users.Leveraging banking knowledge where applicable.Key RequirementsProficient knowledge of SQL (mandatory).Experience handling complex requirements.Expertise in data analysis, data hygiene, and data quality.Familiarity with Hive.Strong communication skills.Ability to take ownership of tasks and features.Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, CI/CD pipeline, and big data.(Optional) Python programming skills.(Optional) Familiarity with Spark.Nice to HaveSQL coding proficiency with significant experience in Data Analysis.Strong background in solution design (minimum 10+ years experience).Other DetailsThis position is based in Gdańsk, Poland, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies and remote collaboration.
