About the project

Your responsibilities

• Design infrastructure for a manufacturing plant, including compute, virtualization, storage, backup, networking, and security
• Build an infrastructure‑as‑code provisioning model using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell DSC
• Create standardized server builds, golden images, and configuration baselines
• Develop automation pipelines for provisioning, configuration management, patching, and compliance
• Prepare documentation, runbooks, and templates to support rollout to future sites
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting during plant delivery
• Support the transition to a repeatable, multi-site infrastructure model

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure automation or engineering roles
• Ability to work from the client’s office in Wrocław twice a week and willingness to visit the client’s manufacturing plant located approx. 80 km from Wrocław (around once per month)
• Strong experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments at scale
• Practical knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware and/or Hyper‑V)
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Experience with enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell DSC)
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Experience working with GitOps or pipeline‑driven configuration management
• Fluency in English
• Resding in Poland required
