Senior HRIS Specialist (f/m/x)

Experience in a HRIS / HR IT / HR systems specialist role (min. 4 years), Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors, Experience in HR system implementations, upgrades or system optimization projects, Strong process analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Experience in project coordination or project management, Good understanding of HR processes and HR data structures, Knowledge of data protection regulations and HR-related compliance topics, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, Business-fluent German and/or English, University degree (preferably IT, business administration or similar), Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in an international environment
