We look forward to welcoming you to the team!Your role in the Team's SuccessAs a Senior Global HR Specialist, you will be part of the team responsible for the delivery of daily HR operations and cyclical HR projects for all IG Employees and Managers across the globe.What you'll doYour core responsibilities will be:dealing with HR queries/requests through HR ticketing system and email, in a professional manner and within agreed timeframesproviding accurate and timely advice on HR processes and policiesdesigining new, and reviewing and improving existing employee lifecycle procesesmanaging HR data entry and processing HR transactions from employee life cycle scope in our HR data system (Workday)managing preparation, signing and distribution of accurate HR letters and documentsmaintaining employee files in our online archiveacting as a first point of contact to IG Employees, Line Managers and HR Business Partners on using our HR ticketing system (ServiceNow)assisting in internal and external auditsassisting team members in more complex queries and projectswork hand in hand with team members located in various countriesWhat you'll need for this roleAbilities/ExpertiseEssential:Strong expertise in HR Processes and understanding of employee life cycleContinuous improvement mindset Experience with Workday/Employee Central and HR Case Management systemGood written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level) Nice to have:Expertise in other HR systemsKnowledge of Polish HR processes and labour lawKnowledge of EMEA HR processesExperience in participation in external and internal auditsHow we workWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
