The Business Process Automation Lead drives the full delivery of automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform. Disciplinary leading a cross-functional team, this role oversees solution design, implementation, and optimization to ensure measurable business value. Responsibilities also include strategy, governance, pricing, and monitoring to ensure compliance and long-term impact.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable fullstack solutions for AI-enabled applications and platforms, including components that leverage LLMs to enable advanced user interactions and automation
• Lead the hands-on development of reusable components, frameworks, and reference implementations that accelerate delivery and ensure consistency across teams in line with enterprise quality standards
• Conduct code reviews, contribute to design workshops, and support architecture alignment across critical and strategic components and initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Solution Owners, Fullstack Developers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to align technical implementation with business goals and AI capabilities
• Mentor and advise other software developers by sharing expertise in clean code, system design, and modern development practices; foster a culture of technical excellence through coaching, peer learning, and community contributions
• Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and constraints clearly to non-technical stakeholders and management; contribute to the alignment of the technical roadmap with product and business priorities

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 8+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture, preferably in data analytics and AI
• Strong command of modern software engineering and architecture practices (Clean Code, event-driven systems, architecture frameworks), combined with a structured, self-directed working style and strong problem-solving skills
• Proven expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, test automation, observability, secure development, and designing, developing, and operating scalable cloud architectures, ideally on Microsoft Azure
• Proficiency in Python and experience with React, TypeScript, and modern data science methods is an advantage
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to manage multiple strategic initiatives in parallel
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
