Senior Delivery Lead – Payments & Billing Systems

Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of the Global Revenue Management and Billing (GRMB) system for Germany, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Facilitate project committees, working groups, and manage governance cadence for assigned initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Operations, and other stakeholders to understand needs and document requirements within the change framework.
Define target operating models and develop process maps, leveraging process engineering expertise.
Drive the discovery phase by writing user stories, epics, and ensuring clear scope definition and requirements elaboration.
Oversee the delivery process from scoping through release, continuously evaluating ongoing feature enhancements and changes.

At least 5 years of experience in project delivery within payments, billing, or financial ecosystems.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in strategic project deployment.
Solid understanding of Pricing and Billing products, with the ability to solve complex problems.
Business analysis skills, including gap analysis and process mapping.
