We have been operating in the market for nearly 30 years and have successfully delivered numerous projects during that time.For our client, we are currently looking for a Senior Data ScientistWhat we offer:Work location: Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warsaw – hybrid modelRate: up to 170 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B)Benefits: access to a sports card and the possibility of using private healthcareStart date: immediate start availableResponsibilities: Stability Prediction: Development of Deep Learning models to forecast failures in critical systems, helping reduce operational risk.Root Cause Automation: Reducing Mean Time to Restore Service (MTRS) through automated identification of incident root causes.Cost Efficiency (GenAI): Implementation of AI-driven reporting automation solutions that eliminate thousands of manual work hours annually.Supplier Oversight: Analytical evaluation of external vendors’ performance and service quality (SLA / Performance Management).Decision Support (CSI): Transforming data from MS Fabric into business recommendations that improve IT service quality.Scaled Delivery (SAFe): Executing the analytics strategy within a scaled agile delivery model (Agile Release Train).Required SkillsAdvanced expertise in statistics, Python, T-SQL, Power Query, DAX, Power BI, MS Fabric, and Power PlatformStrong professional experience with T-SQL and DAXHands-on experience using Python for machine learning and data processingExperience with Business Intelligence platforms, preferably Microsoft Power BIStrong knowledge of statistical methods for both descriptive and predictive analyticsExperience in data mining and extracting insights from complex datasetsPractical experience with machine learning techniques, including feature selection and classifier optimizationExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesITIL Foundation certification or practical experience in IT Service ManagementLean-Agile training or certification (Scrum or SAFe)Academic background in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related fieldMinimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role
