Senior Consultant – Power Platform (f/m)

To ensure the best quality and smooth run of our services, we actively recruit not onlyon local labor markets, but also throughout the country, offering attractive and stable employmentconditions.In our Consulting department we provide services for various business needs, such as Project DeliveryAgile & Classic, Business Process Design, Analytics & Data Management, SAP Consulting, SalesforceConsulting, ServiceNow Consulting and Digital Automation Solutions.As part of the continued growth of our team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant –Power Platform Solution Architect, who will design and develop business solutions for our clientsbased on the Power Platform.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:⏩ Solution Design & Architecture: Define end-to-end architecture for Power Apps, PowerAutomate, Power BI, and Dataverse solutions.⏩Business Analysis: Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.⏩Governance & Compliance: Establish best practices for security, data integrity, andenvironment management.⏩Integration: Design and implement integrations with external systems using connectors,APIs, and custom services.⏩Project Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, manage expectations, and guidedevelopment teams.⏩Quality Assurance: Oversee testing strategies, performance optimization, and solutionvalidation.⏩Change Management: Drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.⏩Innovation: Stay updated on Power Platform capabilities and recommend enhancements.YOUR PROFILE:➡️ Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate,and Power BI (min. 4 years of hands-on experience).➡️ Knowledge of Azure services, security models, and integration patterns.➡️ Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect) preferred.➡️ General experience in the consulting environment and in the project management.➡️ Good knowledge of Project Management & Collaboration Tools like Jira, Confluence.➡️ Experience working with agile methodologies.➡️ Ability to perform business process modeling.➡️ Studies on computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications.➡️ Proficiency in English (minimum B2).➡️ German nice to have.➡️ Ability to work independently.➡️ Teamwork skills.➡️ Open-minded approach.➡️ Readiness for business travels.WHAT WE OFFER:✅Open and friendly working environment.✅Opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic organization.✅Fully remote work (occasional foreign business trips possible).✅Contract for a trail period (3 months) and then for a permanent period.✅Package of benefits (including private medical care, sport card, MyBenefit platform, cofinancingfor holidays).
