5+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, including managing full compensation review cycles., Experience with salary surveys, benchmarking, and total rewards strategy, understanding market tools and current trends., Ability to design and implement compensation strategies, including short- and long-term incentive programs., Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, able to convert data into actionable recommendations., Experience in designing processes and solutions from scratch, implementing them successfully and managing change., Innovative and proactive mindset, consistently generating ideas, proposing solutions, and challenging the status quo., Business-savvy perspective, understanding organizational priorities and delivering practical, realistic, and effective solutions., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and collaborating with executives and business leaders., Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
