Job Description
- We are looking for a seasoned Cisco Engineer with 10 + years of enterprise networking and collaboration experience to support large-scale environments. The role combines Cisco UC/Collaboration and Microsoft Teams Voice expertise with strong networking/security skills.
Key Skills & Focus Areas:
- Cisco UC/Collaboration: CUCM, Unity, Webex, SIP, Contact Center
- Microsoft Teams Voice: Direct Routing, SBCs (Cisco CUBE, AudioCodes, Ribbon), hybrid deployments
- Enterprise Networking: Cisco Catalyst, 9800 WLC, ISE
- Security: Cisco FTD/FMC, FortiGate with FortiManager
- Additional: Juniper switchgear, Mist Wireless, SIP/dial plans, VoIP protocols
- Large-scale rollout experience (1,000+ devices)
Preferred Certifications:
- CCNP Collaboration, Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer Associate, Fortinet NSE, JNCIP
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, documentation, and ability to work across voice, network, and collaboration teams.
