About the project

Your responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead business workshops and facilitate requirement elicitation sessions
• Design and document business processes using BPMN and workflow tools
• Prepare functional and non-functional specifications for new features
• Create detailed specifications for system integrations and APIs including REST and SOAP
• Model data structures and define system interaction scenarios
• Collaborate with development and testing teams throughout delivery
• Support product decisions by acting as a proxy product owner
• Review and refine documentation to ensure consistency and quality

Our requirements

• Knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies and preparation of functional and quality specifications for IT systems
• At least 5 years of experience in IT projects within the banking or financial sector
• Practical experience in specifying business processes, functional requirements, quality requirements, data models, and system integrations
• Experience in process modeling using BPMN or similar standards
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills and experience facilitating workshops
• Experience preparing API and integration specifications including REST and SOAP
• Communicative English skills
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL
