About the project

Your responsibilities

• collaborate with clients to understanding their business needs and gather requirements;
• lead and moderate meetings or communications with clients;
• manage and oversee business analysis projects, ensuring they align with client goals;
• define business requirements in a systematic form of user stories;
• document elicited requirements using diagrams, models, and schemes;
• take responsibility for the business side of implemented functionalities;
• mentor and guide junior analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables;
• support development regarding the requirements to ensure solutions meet client expectations.

• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, logical thinking;
• experience in a requirements analysis role;
• experience in business analysis in IT projects;
• experience in working with an external or internal client;
• good knowledge of German (B2/C1) and English (B1+);
• understanding of agile software development;
• ability to work in an international distributed team.
