Senior Business Analyst (mobile apps)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Senior Business AnalystResponsibilities:Lead and facilitate the Discovery phase, including defining product vision, identifying business needs, and validating solutions with stakeholdersDrive Product Discovery activities, such as workshops, user journey mapping, and MVP definitionCollaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a strong business and user-centric approach in all product decisionsCreate and maintain Business Model Canvas and other artifacts supporting product strategy and value propositionAct in a Product Owner,like capacity, managing and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with business goalsGather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completenessManage and maintain requirements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring proper requirements traceability and change managementWork closely with development teams to translate business needs into actionable tasks and support deliveryFacilitate workshops and meetings in Polish, ensuring effective communication with local stakeholdersOperate effectively in a non-corporate environmentRequirements:Proven experience working on mobile applicationsPolish language at very good levelStrong ability to independently lead the Discovery phaseExperience in Product Discovery, including validating ideas, defining MVP scope, and working closely with stakeholders and usersHands-on experience with Business Model Canvas and other tools supporting business and product strategy definitioneExperience acting in a Product OwnerProven experience in requirements gatheringStrong skills in requirements managementAbility to work in a non-corporate environmentStrong business and client-oriented mindsetOffer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardTraining & learning opportunitiesConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
