Your responsibilities

• Participate in software implementation projects
• Lead client-facing workshops and deliver presentations and demos of the Ivalua procurement platform
• Advise clients on best-fit solution design: aligning platform capabilities with their procurement processes and goals. Prototype key features to demonstrate how business requirements can be met in the system
• Gather, analyze and refine business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Provide technical feasibility and guidance on standard vs. custom approaches, helping clients make proper implementation decisions
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure that the system is configured to meet the client’s requirements
• Continuous and close cooperation with the Customer's Product Owner in each implementation project phase (Design / Build / Test / Hyper Care) in accordance with the Agile approach
• Cooperation with the Project Manager in tasks scheduling and project scope management

Our requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position, including projects related to the implementation of low-code B2B digital tools
• Fluently and freely communicating in English (B2/C1)
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to influence business audiences
• At least intermediate proficiency in MS SQL or other relational database
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business processes into system solutions
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management and requirements engineering
• Experience in Agile using Jira and Confluence
