Senior Business Analyst for Exchange Rates - Design

Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance or other related studies, at least 5-6 years of experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environment, minimum of 3-4 years of experience in RtR, especially within exchange rates process area, end to end understanding of finance processes, ability to understand the end-to-end process strategy and the application to the tasks and responsibilities of this position and explain them to the relevant stakeholders, proven experience with exposure to multiple tools and methodologies and familiarity with an S/4Hana system, experience in solution design positions, strong analytical and project management skills, strong and effective communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, effective time management, ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders, experience with translating business needs and queries into technical system language, experience with issue analysis, system testing and training delivery, basic knowledge of change and release management rules, (HEINEKEN experience with an understanding of Finance processes and OpCo situation would be an advantage), OpCo experience, OpCo network, HEINEKEN experience, Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) experience, SharpX and/or DBB experience, knowledge of project management methodology (P3M, PMP, Prince, Agile or equivalent), proven contribution to process improvement/standardization project as a project member, with specific examples, experience in conducting testing and trainings
