Senior Business Analyst

For our client, we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and translating business needs into solutions delivered by the project team.In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, contributing to the development of high-quality products aligned with business strategy.Key responsibilitiesAnalyzing and defining functional and non-functional requirements for developed productsIdentifying business needs, setting priorities, and analyzing market trends and competitor solutionsConducting workshops to gather and refine requirements and solutionsSupporting the implementation of product vision and strategyCollaborating with the client and project team at every stage of deliveryDecomposing high-level requirements into detailed specificationsCreating and maintaining requirements documentation along with supporting artifacts (diagrams, tables, descriptions, etc.)Identifying dependencies between requirementsDeveloping solutions to business problemsBuilding and maintaining relationships with other departments and business partnersIdeal candidate profileExperience as a Business Analyst (senior level)Strong knowledge of requirements analysis and documentationAbility to translate business needs into functional specificationsExperience working with stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsEnglish level: minimum B2ConditionsWork model: Hybrid (2 days in the office in Wrocław)Contract type: B2BSalary: 130–150 PLN net/hBenefits: Private medical care, life insurance, Multisport cardRecruitment stepsPhone call with a Recruiter (approx. 30 min.)Interview with ClientDecision and feedback
