Business Analyst B2B contract via Harvey Nash Rate: 130-150 PLN net+VAT / h RemoteE-commerce sectorTasks:Act as the focal point between business stakeholders and the technology team, translating business needs into functional specifications.Analyze stakeholder requirements and design clear, developer-ready functional documentation.Develop and present process flows, use cases, and workflow charts.Support Product Owners and Project Managers in writing User Stories and defining scope of work.Monitor project progress, identify problems, and recommend improvements to business processes.Support testing phases by providing cross-functional business context and validation.Requirements:5+ years of experience in a Business AnalystProven experience writing functional specifications, User Stories, and process documentation.Solid analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Experience supporting UAT and testing phases.Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
