In this role, you will shape system architecture, deliver end‑to‑end functionality, and uphold high standards of testing and code quality while collaborating closely with the product team.The working schedule is aligned with the UK time zone (9am to 5:30pm UK time) and involves participating in on call shifts if required.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and delivery of backend features using TypeScript and AWS Lambda functions.Champion test‑driven development practices and maintain exceptional code quality.Contribute to AI development initiatives, including light prompt‑engineering tasks and integration with LLMs.Provide technical guidance to other engineers and play an active role in architectural and technical decision‑making.RequirementsStrong, proven experience with backend development in TypeScript.Solid understanding of serverless concepts; hands‑on experience with AWS Lambda is a strong plus.Demonstrated application of test‑driven development principles.Ability to lead projects, influence technical direction, and make sound architectural decisions.
