Senior Associate, Corporate Development

2 - 5 years of relevant work experience in M&A integration and/ or operational due diligence consulting, in the integration department of MNCs or, Big 4’s; and/or performance improvement (value creation) or business transformation projects in an M&A context., Experience operating effectively in complex, fast-paced environments and delivering integration updates to C-suite executive teams., Strong project management skills, Strong communication skills, result-oriented and solution-oriented and able to bring about changes;, Enthusiastic, proactive and self-starting;, Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with “can do“ approach, The ability to influence and drive geographically dispersed teams, Must have proven ability to realign priorities rapidly to meet evolving business requirements, Experience with TSAs and Day 1 / Day 100 planning., Experience tracking synergies and value realisation., Project or programme management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, PMP, MBA)
