Qualifikationen

What should you bring along?

- University degree in computer science, data science, AI, mathematics, physics, or comparable qualifications.

- At least five years of professional experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models in a business or industrial setting.

- Proven success in bringing models from research or prototype stage into productive, value-generating operations. Experienced working within agile, cross-functional teams with a strong sense of ownership and delivery focus.

- Strong expertise in modern ML methods (e.g. deep learning, time series, NLP, multimodal models) and their practical limitations.

- Hands-on experience with Python-based ML stacks and production environments (training, inference, monitoring).

- Solid understanding of data quality, bias, robustness, and compliance requirements for enterprise AI systems.

- Very good written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of German, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
