Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

The primary goal of the project is the modernization, maintenance and development of an eCommerce platform for a big US-based retail company, serving millions of omnichannel customers each week.

Solutions are delivered by several Product Teams focused on different domains - Customer, Loyalty, Search and Browse, Data Integration, Cart.

We're looking for an AI Engineer with mandatory hands-on experience in Microsoft Agent Framework (latest releases) and LangGraph DeepAgents skill implementations. The candidate must demonstrate production-grade Python engineering using uv and ruff, solid testing practices with pytest and BDD, and a proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Additional experience with LLM providers, RAG architectures, and observability tooling is a strong plus.

MUST

• Microsoft Agent Framework (latest releases)
• LangGraph - DeepAgents agent skill implementations
• Production Python: uv, ruff
• Testing: pytest, BDD (pytest-bdd / behave)
• CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
• LLM providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic)
• RAG architectures & vector databases
• Docker & Azure cloud deployments
• Observability & monitoring of agentic workflows

NICE TO HAVE

• Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or other agent frameworks

MLOps & model evaluation pipelines

• Open-source AI contributions
• Experience with working with relational databases and caching
• Experience with Java and Gradle
