We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Agent Development & Prompt Engineering to join development team. The role covers development of automated business processes, creation and refinement of AI agents through prompt engineering, solution development with AI frameworks, and continuous performance optimization.Project information:Type of project: IT ServicesOffice location: PolandWork model: Remote Budget: 110 - 125 PLN net/ h - b2bProject length: to the end of the year, possible to extend it Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in PolandStart date: ASAP Project scope:Designing, building, testing, and optimizing AI‑driven agentic systems using large language modelsDevelopment of automated business processes, creation and refinement of AI agents through prompt engineering, Python-based solution development with AI frameworks, and continuous performance optimization. Collecting and preprocessing voice data for agentic AI, as well as developing and executing comprehensive testing methodologies ensuring reliability, quality assurance, and alignment with evolving AI capabilities and user needs.
