Senior Accountant with Ukrainian and Russian

2-3 years of related experience., Excellent understanding of AP accounting principles and processes., Prior experience in a similar role., Very good language skills in English, Russian and Ukrainian., High level of functional knowledge and understanding of end-to-end PtP processes, and existing technology solutions., Global IT system knowledge and experience (e.g., Oracle, JDE, 1C etc.)., Experience in process improvement/project management., Self-reliant, proactive, and with high skills to prioritize own tasks., Communication skills – ability to communicate a global vision, yet detail oriented, ability to liaise between business and technology teams., Change management and process excellence approach., Customer focus mindset., Service oriented and professional working approach., Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment., Ability to work under pressure and work within tight deadlines., Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
