Senior Accountant (f/m/d)

Bring 4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including reconciliation ownership, Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA/ACCA or equivalent is a strong plus, Demonstrate advanced experience with:, bank reconciliations for multiple entities, asset and depreciation reconciliations, general ledger reconciliation and account ownership, journal entry preparation and review, Have hands-on experience with multi-entity environments, preferably global or high‑volume, Show strong English communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across time zones, Possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles, Bring experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle) - nice to have, Exhibit excellent documentation skills and attention to detail, Demonstrate a mindset focused on ownership, process improvement, and understanding the "why" behind the numbers
