Security Specialist

Experience in classified information processing and close collaboration with industrial security functions;, Several years of experience from working with security related legislations;, Proven experience from police, military, public/private security organizations, government authorities or Polish local self-government units;, Excellent knowledge of the Polish act on the protection of classified information especially within the defence and security business environment;, Solid knowledge of international regulations pertaining to the protection of classified information;, Knowledge of relevant legal frameworks, standards and best practices in security;, Good business understanding and commercial awareness;, Ability to obtain and maintain a Polish Personnel Security Clearance (active clearance preferred);, Fluency in Polish and in English (both written and spoken);, Valid driving license;, Very high moral and ethical standards;, High level of discretion and confidentiality;, Keen eye on details;, Ability to build and maintain strong personal business networks and good relations inside as well as outside your own organization including participation in customer meetings to support projects in Poland;, A structured way of working, from planning to execution;, Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;, Solution-oriented, actionable and a strong problem solver.
