SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) – Java & Selenium – Hybrid (2/3 Days Onsite in Warsaw)

We are seeking a skilled SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with strong experience in Java and Selenium to join our engineering team in Warsaw. This role requires a hybrid presence with two days per week onsite in the Kraków office. The ideal candidate will have a strong development mindset and experience building scalable test automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Java and SeleniumWrite clean, maintainable, and scalable automated test codeIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecyclePerform API, integration, and end-to-end testingIdentify, document, and track defects using issue tracking toolsParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesContribute to continuous improvement of testing strategies, tooling, and processesRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong programming experience in JavaHands-on experience with Selenium WebDriverExperience designing and implementing automation frameworksExperience with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnitFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)Experience testing web applications and APIsUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum development environmentsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsGood communication skills in EnglishNice to HaveExperience with REST API testing (e.g., REST Assured)Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as CucumberFamiliarity with Docker or containerized environmentsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Work ModelHybrid: 2/3 days onsite in Warsaw, remaining days remoteWhat We OfferCompetitive salary or contract rateFlexible hybrid working modelOpportunity to work with modern automation technologiesCollaborative, international engineering environment
