If you are a proactive problem solver with strong technical and interpersonal skills, we invite you to contribute to our transformation journey.Main ResponsibilitiesManage SAP IDM solution for Identity management and user provisioning.Develop GRC rule sets, workflows, and approvers for user provisioning/de-provisioning.Conduct SoD analysis and remediation across SAP environments.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR and SOX.Provide in-depth application support as a Security subject matter specialist.Design and build SAP Security and GRC solutions.Perform maintenance and support of SAP Security, GRC, and IDM modules.Participate on a rotating on-call schedule for major issues.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP) preferred.Extensive experience with SAP Security, SAP GRC 10.1 and 12, and SAP IDM.Hands-on experience with Segregation of Duties, SAP GRC rule set, MSMP, and BRF+ workflow configuration.Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) and associated controls frameworks.Experience in maintaining GRC risk library, roles, authorizations, and user administration.Strong teamwork and communication skills, capable of collaborating in large enterprise environments.Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex root cause analysis activities.Nice to HaveA robust understanding of risk management application in various business areas.Consistently researches new technologies and industry trends.Other DetailsThis position primarily operates on a CET schedule with expected on-call availability outside of working hours.
