We are currently looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA AP & VIM Consultant to join a fully hybrid dynamic team. The role requires strong functional expertise in Accounts Payable and Vendor Invoice Management, as well as direct collaboration with client stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment.Project information:Type of project: IT ServicesOffice location: Kraków, Poznań, Warszawa, WrocławWork mode: RemoteBudget: 170-190 PLN net/h - b2bProject length: Long-termBusiness travel to the client: Possible 1–2 times per monthOnly candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in PolandStart date: ASAP (depending on candidate availability)Project scope:Work directly with client teams on gathering and analyzing functional requirementsParticipate in solution design, configuration, and testing activities within SAP S/4HANALead and support Accounts Payable (AP) and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) processesFinalize build and testing activities for Release 2, addressing stabilization topics from Release 1Collaborate confidently with client business stakeholders in a multi-vendor environmentSupport integration activities and ensure consistency across SAP modulesTake part in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live supportProvide functional expertise and recommendations aligned with SAP best practicesContribute to project documentation and knowledge transferRequirements:At least 3–5 years of experience as a Functional SAP ConsultantHands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Accounts Payable (AP)Strong experience with Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)Experience in at least 3 projects involving direct client interaction (requirements, design, testing)Ability to work effectively in a multi-vendor environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAdvanced English skills (minimum C1)Proficiency in Polish skills (minimum B2)We offer:Opportunity to work on S/4HANA transformation projectsProfessional development in SAP ecosystemHybrid working modelFull-time job agreement based b2b contractPrivate medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) + rehabilitation package.
