Introduction & SummaryWe are seeking an experienced professional skilled in SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) to streamline and enhance our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in configuring, customizing, and supporting SAP modules, alongside a proven track record in managing successful SAP rollouts and providing user support. The role demands a proactive approach to business requirements analysis with the aim of delivering tailored SAP solutions.Main Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP and QM solutions. Configure, customize, and support SAP PP and QM modules for smooth operations. Lead or participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and process improvement projects. Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user problems in SAP PP/QM. Manage interfaces between SAP and external systems such as LIMS, MES, and other manufacturing platforms. Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials. Conduct user training and workshops to drive adoption of SAP PP/QM functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP integration. Stay updated on SAP best practices, new features, and industry trends. Key Requirements Expertise in SAP PP and QM modules. Strong troubleshooting skills in SAP environment. Experience with integration of SAP with external systems. Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent documentation and training skills. Understanding of manufacturing and quality processes. Nice to Have Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., PM, SD). Experience with data analysis tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Additional certifications in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
