SAP Manufacturing Lead

What you will do

As a Business Function Implementation Lead, you will plan and lead the implementation of activities for a dedicated business function, ensuring end‑to‑end performance improvement.

• Conduct process analysis, define or redesign organizational structures, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert with strong advisory and influencing skills, guiding key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide cross‑team problem‑solving and collaborate on improvement initiatives.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and support stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Deliver expert SAP PP (Discrete Production) guidance across Production Orders, BOM & Routings, Workflow, Costing, and integration with Quality Management.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in SAP PP – Discrete Production, including:
• Production Orders, BOM & Routings
• Workflow and execution processes
• Costing and variance tracking
• Integration with Quality Management
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design and Process Implementation.
• Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and maintaining project plans.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and operate as a trusted advisor.
• Confident communication skills in English.
