SAP Data Migration Lead

What you will do

• Plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve its end‑to‑end performance.
• Ensure alignment with business requirements and conduct process analysis to support functional improvements.
• Define or redesign organizational structures within the business function.
• Act as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, providing advisory and influencing support.
• Take responsibility for team-related decisions while engaging with multiple teams.
• Contribute to key project decisions and provide solutions to issues impacting multiple teams.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Requirements

• Proven, hands‑on experience in SAP data migration on large implementation or transformation programs.
• Experience planning and leading implementation activities for a specific business function, including process analysis and improvement.
• Strong practical experience with SAP data migration tools and frameworks such as LSMW, SAP Data Migration Cockpit and related migration utilities.
• Ability to perform data extraction, transformation and load (ETL), including defining mapping rules, transformation logic and validation checks.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple SAP functional areas (e.g., MM, SD, FI and other relevant modules) to understand business requirements and data structures.
• Experience in leading workshops, driving stakeholder alignment and supporting decision‑making across multiple teams.
• Strong project planning and monitoring skills, including building and tracking timelines, resources and deliverables.
